The Labour Court directed Alphonsus Franklin Junior, trading as Franklin Shoe Care Centre, to pay Mary Mc Inerney £1,076 for holiday pay and compensation under an unappealed Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was dated 9 January 2002. Mc Inerney had complained that Franklin had not implemented the Rights Commissioner's decision. The Court found it had not been carried out and directed payment of the sum due.
