The Labour Court upheld a recommendation that Atlanco Limited pay Edward Donnelly €253.95 for three days of holiday pay. Its determination was dated 22 May 2002. The company had appealed the recommendation. Donnelly had also claimed commission. The Court said it could deal only with holiday pay under the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, and did not determine the commission claim in this appeal.
