The Labour Court directed Patrick Whelan, trading as Jasco’s Bistro, to pay Samir Beldjaghlouli £260 in holiday pay after the employer failed to carry out a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was signed on 9 January 2001. The Court noted that the earlier decision had not been implemented and had not been appealed within the time limit.
