Place: no local area assigned from the source.

The Labour Court determined on 20 July 2001 that Arthur Fluskey Trading As Fluskey Freight must pay Raymond Connolly £850 (€1,079.28) for outstanding annual and public holiday entitlements. The Court referred Connolly’s separate £280 (€355.53) claim for outstanding hours back to the Rights Commissioner for consideration under the Payment of Wages Act 1991 because it fell outside the Court’s jurisdiction under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997.
