In 2001, the Labour Court recommended that Sean Rush Dental Laboratory pay Anthony Vereker £286.86 gross for outstanding annual leave and public holidays, plus £100 compensation. The Court found his claim was within the time limit, overturning the Rights Commissioner’s earlier finding that it was out of time. It found Vereker was entitled to five days’ annual leave and two public holidays for the period from 16 July 1998 to 1 April 1999. The determination was dated 12 February 2001.
