In 2001, the Labour Court determined that Shahid Sultan trading as Tandoori Nites must pay former employee Abad Ali £360 holiday pay and a further £360 compensation under an earlier Rights Commissioner decision. The Court found the earlier decision had not been carried out and no appeal had been brought within the time limit. Its determination was dated 7 February 2001.
