The Labour Court reduced Anne O'Toole's holiday-pay award from £250 to £160 on Link Personnel Services Limited's appeal. The determination was signed on 10 March 2000. O'Toole had claimed £479.23 in arrears. The Court found she was not owed bank-holiday pay because she was due three days and received five, and was not entitled to double time for bank holidays worked. It calculated the holiday pay due at eight hours a day at £4 an hour for five days.
