The Labour Court rejected Patrick J. Bracken’s appeal against a Rights Commissioner’s £69.00 holiday-pay award. Its determination was signed on 13 March 2000. Bracken said he was owed pay for three days of annual leave. The Court accepted the employer’s limited recorded evidence, found that he had taken the leave and found no outstanding entitlement. Declan McCormack & Sons was the employer.
