The Labour Court set pay rates and employment conditions for childcare workers represented by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union at West Wood Club Ltd. Rates ranged from €8.24 to €9.45 an hour for unqualified and qualified childcare workers, depending on performance, and from €10.00 to €10.80 for specialist and Montessori staff.
