The Labour Court determined pay rates and premiums for Data Electronics workers represented by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union. Annual rates ranged from €21,500 at the start rate to €26,000 after three years, effective 1 January 2005. The determination phased two-shift premium increases, set three-shift and rotating-shift premiums, and raised on-call and call-out payments. It also set a €30 Sunday premium, addressed outstanding bank-holiday payments, the company's VHI group discount offer, pension contributions of 5% from each side and overtime beyond 39 hours a week. The Court made no decision on the bonus issue at that time. The determination was signed on 24 February 2006.
