Labour Court finds it has no jurisdiction over worker’s Lionbridge complaint

The Labour Court found it had no jurisdiction over a worker’s complaint against Lionbridge Technologies Inc about an alleged breach of an information and consultation agreement. The merits were not decided. The worker accepted the case had been referred to the Court prematurely and said he intended to use the required procedures. Lionbridge Technologies Inc agreed the case was premature and argued that the Court lacked jurisdiction. The Court’s determination was dated 16 September 2013.
