The Labour Court found that the Contract Cleaning (Dublin City and County) Employment Regulation Order applied to Evita Paulauska’s cleaning work for Jerome McConville T/A Dirtblasters. The decision was signed on 4 August 2010. Paulauska sought a declaration that the order covered her employment, cleaning offices and other commercial buildings from October 2006 until March 2007. McConville did not attend the hearing. On Paulauska’s uncontested submissions, the Court was satisfied that the order applied to her.
