The Equality Officer found against Raimondas Stanius, Arunas Kyprys and Stasys Tarvydas after they did not attend a hearing on their race discrimination, discriminatory dismissal, harassment and victimisation claims against First Bathroom Solutions Ltd. The decision was dated 16 July 2010. The officer found their failure to attend unreasonable and concluded the investigation. Their solicitor said he had received no instructions from them. No evidence was given in support of the allegations; the merits were not decided.
