The Labour Court determined that CPL Healthcare must pay Keith Blundell €1,500 under a Rights Commissioner’s decision that the company had not implemented. The Court dated its determination 27 July 2015, after CPL Healthcare withdrew its appeal. Mr Blundell had referred the implementation complaint to the Labour Court under the Protection of Employees (Temporary Agency Work) Act 2012. The €1,500 is the existing Rights Commissioner’s award.
