Adjudication Officer Thomas O'Driscoll’s decision was dated 20 August 2025. The redundancy payment is subject to Foley’s employment being insurable for that purpose. Foley said the redundancy payment and wages were outstanding when his employment ended. The company’s CEO accepted the sums were due, citing cashflow problems and an intention to pay later. The officer found Foley had been made redundant and that the wages complaint was well-founded.
