The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Leeson Catering Limited to pay Emilia Moreno Coco compensation over unpaid tips, wages and public holiday entitlements. The decision was dated 11 June 2025. The WRC awarded €200 over tips, €358.31 gross for unpaid wages and holiday pay, and €520 over public holiday entitlements. It found that an agreed distribution of tips had not been honoured and accepted Coco's estimate of what she was owed. Her Sunday-work complaint was treated as a duplicate of a claim addressed in another determination.
