The Workplace Relations Commission ruled it had no jurisdiction to hear 12 complaints Leonardo de Oliveira Lima brought against Dublin Bus, finding that a signed settlement barred them. The decision was dated 18 August 2025. The complaints concerned equality, sick leave, working time, wages and pensions. Lima alleged he was pressured to sign the settlement and lacked informed consent; Dublin Bus said it was a voluntary full-and-final agreement. The adjudication officer found Lima signed with informed consent while represented by counsel, so the complaints could not be reopened.
