In a decision dated 29 August 2025, it ordered the company to pay him €6,136 compensation. Donohoe said restructuring shifted his work from site-based duties in Carlow to regional work and increased expected travel. The company argued the changes were minor and did not substantially affect his role. A separate allegation about an unsigned 2019 contract was outside the complaint form and was not considered.
