The Workplace Relations Commission found Adrian Gorczyca’s statutory redundancy complaint against Moyvalley Landscaping Ltd well founded and awarded him redundancy for his employment from 5 September 2014 to 13 August 2024. The decision, dated 20 August 2025, states that Gorczyca was paid €540 a week for a 40-hour week. The dates of his employment and his pay are to be corroborated with Revenue and the Department of Social Protection. Gorczyca said he had unsuccessfully applied for redundancy from the company. Its representative did not attend the hearing, although the company had been notified.
