The Workplace Relations Commission upheld Kelly Clarke’s claim for statutory redundancy against Moyvalley Landscaping Ltd. Adjudication Officer Michael McEntee dated the decision 20 August 2025. Clarke said she worked for the company from 1 October 2013 until her employment ended on 4 September 2024. The WRC awarded statutory redundancy for that period, based on a stated pay rate of €555 per week for a 30-hour week; it gave no award amount. Employment dates and pay rates were to be corroborated with Revenue and the Department of Social Protection. The company did not attend the hearing despite proper notification.
