Adjudication Officer Gaye Cunningham’s decision was dated 5 August 2025. Wynne said the wages were for work setting up and developing the business, including social media, translations and digital content. The respondent argued in a letter that he was a freelance professional, not an employee, and did not attend the hearing. Cunningham found Wynne was an employee and extended the time limit for his complaint.
