The Workplace Relations Commission found no breach of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 in Kateryna Sarycheva’s complaint against Kpk Food Enterprises Limited. Adjudication Officer Peter O’Brien issued the decision dated 25 June 2025. Sarycheva alleged that €381 for a 30-hour week was below the applicable minimum wage. The company said it paid €12.90 an hour, above the stated minimum rate of €12.70, and that she accepted a final payment for outstanding wages and holiday pay. The adjudicator held the complaint was not well-founded; the other workplace issues she raised were outside the complaint’s scope.
