The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) found Felipe Augusto Juliato’s complaint against Leeson Catering Ltd., T/A Indochine, not well-founded in a decision dated 26 June 2025. Juliato alleged that the company contravened the Payment of Wages Act in relation to him. He did not attend the hearing, and the WRC said he had been notified in writing of the arrangements.
