The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Lucas Eder Sartori’s complaint against Butlers Homeware Ltd Clinton after he failed to attend a hearing, in a decision dated 17 June 2025. Sartori had alleged that he received a payslip but not the wages and was not paid the correct minimum wage for January. The adjudicator said he had failed to attend and make out his case; the respondent also did not attend. The complaint was dismissed and determined not well founded.
