The Workplace Relations Commission found four complaints by Antóin Ó Dúllaing against Gaelachas Teoranta t/a Gaelachas Teo were out of time and not well founded. They concerned statutory breaks, unfair dismissal, minimum notice and road transport working-time rules. The WRC found Ó Dúllaing was not a mobile road transport worker. No complaint was decided on its merits and no award was made.
