The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Maryna Yakovenko €365 after finding that Bosi Ltd owed her annual leave pay. The decision was dated 6 June 2025. Yakovenko said she had not received all her annual leave entitlement. The adjudicator found that 28.24 hours were owed at €12.80 an hour. Bosi Ltd did not attend the hearing; before it, the company emailed that holidays were owed but it had no money to pay and would be liquidated.
