The Workplace Relations Commission has directed Jms International Holdings t/a Shanahan's On The Green to pay Jack Kelly €480 after upholding his complaint of an unlawful wage deduction. The decision was dated 5 August 2025. Kelly said he was owed pay for his final week before the restaurant closed. The adjudication officer found he had worked four full days and had not been paid. The respondent did not attend the hearing.
