The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) rejected Ireneusz Urbański’s unfair dismissal claim against Momentum Support in a decision dated 26 June 2025. Momentum Support said Urbański had left his post without authorisation and submitted inaccurate time records, resulting in pay for hours not worked. Urbański admitted leaving the workplace without notifying the company on some occasions. The WRC found the repeated conduct amounted to serious misconduct and that the dismissal process was fair.
