The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) ordered Northside Glass Ltd. to pay Leo Ursic €300 after finding the company breached the requirement to provide written core employment terms within five days of his starting work. The decision was dated 26 June 2025. Ursic said he had received no written statement of his terms. Northside Glass disputed the claim and said it normally issued contracts after a three-month paid trial. A second complaint was withdrawn at the hearing.
