The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Medilink Ambulance Service to pay former employee David Byrne €2,553.74 in unpaid wages, subject to statutory deductions. Adjudication Officer Pat Brady’s decision was dated 24 June 2025. Byrne said wages had been paid late and that wages and annual leave payments remained outstanding. The company did not attend the hearing or provide an explanation. Brady found Byrne’s account credible and upheld his complaint under the Payment of Wages Act.
