WRC has no jurisdiction over unfair dismissal complaint against Darlex Risk Management Security Ltd

The Workplace Relations Commission found it had no jurisdiction to decide Szilagyi Gabor’s unfair dismissal complaint against Darlex Risk Management Security Ltd, in a decision dated 27 August 2025. Gabor said he was told there was no longer a job for him. The company said client concerns led it to remove him from the site and that it explored other placements. The WRC noted that Gabor submitted a resignation letter setting a termination date after he referred his complaint, so it made no substantive finding on unfair dismissal.
