WRC rejects Abm worker’s discrimination complaint; separate claim withdrawn

The Workplace Relations Commission found Reda Yacout’s Employment Equality complaint against Abm not well-founded, concluding he had not adequately identified the alleged discrimination or who carried it out. The decision was dated 17 June 2025. Yacout alleged harassment and indirect discrimination at work. The WRC said he had not set out the necessary particulars despite attempts to obtain them; Abm said it had sought details and offered mediation. Yacout withdrew a separate complaint under the Equal Status Act at the hearing. No monetary award was recorded.
