The Workplace Relations Commission found Gavin O'Brien’s disability discrimination complaint against Amv Systems Ltd not well founded and directed no compensation. Adjudication Officer Gaye Cunningham dated the decision 13 August 2025. O'Brien alleged discrimination involving training, promotion, reasonable accommodation and employment conditions. The company said it had arranged measures to avoid hand sanitizer exposure and that training was pending. Cunningham found O'Brien had not established a prima facie case of discrimination.
