Noel Cosgrove complained that Beechfield Manor Nursing Home Ltd and Immac Capital (Ireland) Ltd / Beechfield Care Group did not issue a new contract after a 2017 share sale, reduced compassionate leave from five days to three and withdrew personal use of a company van without written notice. The WRC found the share sale was not a transfer of undertaking, so the contract complaint was not well founded. The other three complaints were outside its jurisdiction under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994. No award was made.
