Place: no local area assigned from the source.

The Workplace Relations Commission found Eleanor Maher’s complaint against Tipperary Centre for independent living not well founded in a decision dated 16 September 2025. Maher alleged she was penalised for invoking rights under the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2015. Maher did not attend the hearing. The respondent attended and was prepared to defend the allegation; the adjudicator said she could make no finding in Maher’s favour because she had not presented her case. No award was recorded.
