The Workplace Relations Commission found that Laura Kehoe was not unfairly dismissed by Vox Financial Partners Limited and rejected her complaint in a decision dated 14 August 2025. No award was recorded. Kehoe said she was unfairly selected for redundancy and that the consultation lacked objectivity and transparency. The company said a major client revenue decline led it to select consultants who were not generating fees. The adjudicator found that all eight consultants on the European base bench were made redundant, consultation took place and no suitable near-term alternatives existed.
