The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Patrick Morgan’s Payment of Wages complaint against Ravensdale Dental Group after he failed to attend a remote hearing. Adjudication Officer Brian Dalton’s decision was dated 26 August 2025; the employer also did not attend. Morgan had alleged that wages were withheld after the role he was promised was unavailable and he worked at other practices in the group. The officer said Morgan had been properly notified of the hearing and dismissed the complaint as not well founded because he did not attend or make out his case. No award was recorded.
