The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Reynolds & Roche Limited (In Liquidation) to pay Diana Kostyra €7,050 for unfair dismissal and €1,750 for unlawful wage deductions after her hours were cut from five days a week to three before dismissal. The WRC also rejected her redundancy payment complaint and found her separate Christmas bonus complaint not well founded, as that loss was included in the unfair dismissal award.
