The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Eugene McGourty’s complaint that Aramark had failed to pay him for four days worked before his retirement. The decision was dated 24 October 2024. McGourty said the days worked after his 25 September pay date were missing from his final pay. Aramark said its monthly payment on the 25th covered the full calendar month. The adjudicator found McGourty had been paid through the end of September and that no further wages were due. The complaint was not well founded.
