WRC rejects four complaints from Ionel Pusca as out of time

The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) found it had no jurisdiction to consider four complaints by Ionel Pusca against Voxpro Ltd. and Telus Digital because they were referred outside the statutory time limit. Adjudication Officer Úna Glazier-Farmer’s decision was dated 18 June 2025. The complaints concerned two claims for unpaid notice pay, unpaid public holidays and an alleged failure to provide a payslip. Pusca argued that the filing periods ran from a later employment end date or, for the payslip complaint, when it was provided. The respondents denied the complaints and said they were out of time.
