Click To Clean Ltd has been ordered to pay former cleaner Ann Brennan €648 after the Workplace Relations Commission found she did not receive written terms of employment within a month of starting work. The decision was dated 14 August 2024. Brennan worked for the company from March 2022 until her dismissal in February 2023. She said she had not received her terms and conditions; the company said it had provided them and produced a contract and employee handbook. The adjudicator found that a contract dated September 2022 did not meet the requirement to provide the written terms within one month of her starting work.
