The Workplace Relations Commission found Made Of Gold Entertainment Limited was not the correct respondent to Mary Ward’s complaint alleging discrimination on the Traveller-community ground. Adjudication officer Louise Boyle dated the decision 17 June 2025. The decision dealt only with jurisdiction, after the company disputed it was the responsible party and Ward maintained that it was involved in organising and promoting music events. The allegation was not decided on its merits, and no award was recorded.
