The Workplace Relations Commission found that Drive Service owed Iannetta Pasquale 83.5 hours of holiday pay when his employment ended. It ordered the company to pay €1,250, including a compensation component. The decision was dated 28 August 2024. Pasquale, a deli assistant paid €11.30 an hour, said the holiday pay had not been paid. The company accepted that the amount was owed and remained unpaid. The adjudicator upheld the complaint under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997.
