The Workplace Relations Commission has ordered Ecohouse Developments Limited to pay driver Dumitru Ursuleac €2,750 after finding it failed to establish that it gave him a written statement of employment particulars. The decision was dated 31 October 2024. Both complaints about employment particulars were well founded, but the adjudicator declined to make a second award as disproportionate. Six other complaints, concerning working time, unfair dismissal, wages and mobile road-transport working time, were not well founded.
