WRC rejects supermarket worker’s constructive dismissal claim; two disputes withdrawn

The Workplace Relations Commission rejected a sales assistant’s constructive dismissal claim after finding that the employer had not acted so unreasonably that she had no option but to resign. The decision was dated 4 May 2023. The WRC also found that she had not used the grievance procedure before resigning. She did not pursue her separate disputes alleging dismissal and bullying; both were withdrawn.
