The Workplace Relations Commission found Christopher Connolly’s Payment of Wages complaint against Millamo Limited t/a The Address Hotel not well founded. The decision was dated 11 May 2023. Connolly said he was owed around €900 for hours worked. At the hearing, he accepted the respondent’s explanation of his rosters and payslips and agreed that he had been paid for all hours worked. He also withdrew his complaint about vouchers linked to positive TripAdvisor reviews, accepting the hotel was right not to let him use them after he resigned.
