WRC finds Aslihan Yilmaz’s wage complaint against Dx Compliance not well founded

The Workplace Relations Commission found Aslihan Yilmaz’s wage complaint against Dx Compliance not well founded after the disputed payment was made before the hearing. Yilmaz said she was owed wages and notice pay. She told the hearing she had received the money she believed was owed the previous day; the company’s chief executive, Simon Dix, said he had authorised payment. The adjudication officer called the complaint moot and said it was regrettable the matter had not been resolved sooner. The decision was dated 9 May 2023.
