WRC declines to recommend in cleaner’s constructive dismissal dispute

The Workplace Relations Commission could not recommend in favour of a cleaner who said pay concerns and an unanswered grievance led her to resign. The recommendation was dated 6 July 2022. The adjudication officer found that all wages due had been paid. The worker began the first stage of the grievance procedure but did not take the matter to a more senior manager at the second stage, which the officer found unreasonable.
