The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Owen Bruce Lee Tango, trading as Grian 52, to pay Hali (Iam) McClain Johnson €1,201.81 after finding her wage complaint partly well founded. In a decision dated 17 July 2023, the WRC found €624.90 in unpaid wages was due and that she was entitled to €576.91 for six days of accrued, unused annual leave. Johnson had sought €2,083.33 for holiday pay, but the WRC found annual leave was earned according to hours worked. The award is subject to statutory deductions.
