The Workplace Relations Commission found Tomasz Pysz’s complaint against the Department of Health was not well founded. Pysz said he had to pay for PCR tests when returning from Poland because he was unvaccinated. The WRC found Pysz had not established a disability or a prima facie case of discrimination on a recognised ground. It also found the Department was exercising a controlling function rather than providing a service. The decision was dated 10 November 2022.
